Withdrawal and refunds

This is a convenience translation. In case of discrepancies, the German version prevails.

§1 Who you contract with when you purchase

Purchases of subscriptions and credit packs are processed by a reseller acting as merchant of record. The reseller is your contracting party for the payment, issues the invoice and remits the tax of your country; refunds are executed through the reseller. Responsibility for timely repayment rests with Reveliq Research (Section 5 of our General Terms and Conditions, “AGB”).

§2 Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of fourteen days. The full withdrawal instruction, including the model withdrawal form, is set out in Section 5 of our AGB and applies unchanged. This page additionally summarizes our voluntary commitments.

§3 Refunds

There is no claim to a refund based on dissatisfaction with the content of a report. The Investment Cockpit provides a structured, source-referenced basis for your own decision — not a particular outcome, not a valuation and not a recommendation.

Refunds are granted in the following cases:

(a) Technical failure. If an analysis aborts for technical reasons, the credit consumed is reversed automatically. No request is required.

(b) Withdrawal. Consumers in the European Union may withdraw without giving reasons within the period set out in Section 5 of the AGB.

(c) Buyers outside the European Union. We voluntarily grant you a right of cancellation of thirty days from the first payment of a subscription, so that all customers are protected regardless of their place of residence. The condition is that no more than three reports were created during that period. The commitment applies once per customer. On refund the subscription ends; a renewal charged in the meantime is refunded as well.

Item (c) does not apply to credit packs; there the statutory right of withdrawal and the provision in Section 6 of the AGB apply.

§4 Renewals and cancellation

The commitment under §3 item (c) does not apply to renewals of a running subscription. A cancellation ends future renewals; access remains until the end of the period already paid for, and no pro-rata repayment is made for the current period. Cancellation is made in text form (Section 126b German Civil Code) to hello@reveliqresearch.com (Section 8 of the AGB).

§5 How to request a refund

Write informally to hello@reveliqresearch.com and state the transaction number from your invoice. We confirm receipt within two business days and instruct the merchant of record to execute the refund; the credit is made to the payment method originally used.

Alternatively you may contact the buyer support of the merchant of record directly; the contact route is stated on your invoice. For a withdrawal under §2 you may also use the model withdrawal form from Section 5 of the AGB; it is not mandatory.

The amount credited may differ slightly from the amount paid due to exchange rate or tax adjustments in the meantime.

§6 Complaints

Please address complaints to hello@reveliqresearch.com. We confirm receipt within two business days and provide a final response within ten business days. Our full contact details, including telephone number, are set out in the imprint (Impressum).

Reveliq Research does not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) and is not obliged to do so.

§7 Abuse

In cases of manifest abuse of the commitments under §3 — for example repeated purchase and cancellation of the same offering — we reserve the right to refuse the commitment in the individual case and to block access.
